Azimut‘s methodology is backed by an unrivaled 15-year history of in-house field validation with >500 new mineral prospects discovered across Quebec. This singular knowledge ultimately led to the recent Elmer Gold Discovery (3.15 g/t Au over 102.0 m incl. 10.1 g/t Au over 20.5 m). THE PROCESS

  • DATA EVALUATION

A large geoscientific database is used to identify Tier 1 footprints among marginal or second-order targets. The methodology is applicable wherever the right database exists.

  • PROCESSING & MODELLING

Our unique statistical approach links regional-scale information to a database of mineral prospects and deposits in order to extract reliable footprints for selected deposit types. No interpreted data. No bias introduced by subjective weightings.

  • TARGET & RANKING

The footprints of known deposits are transposed onto discovery-probability maps that highlight comparable hallmark signatures in unexplored areas. Areas of interest are expertly validated and ranked to generate new targets for efficient exploration.
