Azimut advances its assets using straightforward methodical follow-up field protocols specific to the commodity and project stage, carried out by a team of experts.

Through established partnerships, the Company can manage any scale or type of geochemical, geophysical and geological survey. The goal is always to reach the drilling stage with the most useful information to maximize the chance of discovery.

To date, Azimut has signed 32 strategic alliances and joint venture agreements with 18 senior and junior companies for an aggregate potential investment from partners of nearly $150 million in exploration work and $12 million in revenue.

Achievements to date, such as the Elmer Gold Discovery, have confirmed the efficiency of Azimut’s discovery methodology.

Azimut’s strategy is founded on a breakthrough data processing methodology (AZtechMineTM) to generate high-quality targets and develop partnerships.

Modelling has revealed previously unrecognized mineral potential in many parts of Quebec, with more than 500 new prospects identified. Notable highlights include:

  • Discovery and advancement of the Patwon gold zone on the wholly-owned Elmer Property in the James Bay region.

  • Discovery of the Rex Trend, a 300-km-long polymetallic corridor in Nunavik with roughly 90 cumulative kilometres of mineralized zones and prospects.

  • Early positioning in the Eleonore mining camp (James Bay region) and discovery of important mineralized zones (Moni Trend, Contact Trend) on the Eleonore South Property.

  • Discovery of the Ungava Bay uranium province in Nunavik.

The Company maintains a rigorous anti-dilution business approach. Since its inception in 1986, Azimut has issued 81.7 million shares with no consolidation, representing one of the lowest dilution rates in the exploration industry. A large institutional shareholder base supports the Company.

Azimut’s strategy drives a self-financing model that essentially covers internal expenditures.
